"On there website stated new renovated rooms maybe 5 years ago or more, went to have a shower and the shower attachment broke and hit me on the head. The rug under the bed very old and dirty. Was quite disappointed with this Hard Rock as we stayed in hard rock penang and pattaya rooms are beautiful. The best part about the hotel was the cabanas and beautiful swimming pool."
